Monthly Run/Fitness Coaching (Individuals/Virtual)
MONTHLY ONE-ON-ONE RUN COACHING, ONLINE OR IN-PERSON
This is an all inclusive plan. This plan is great for runners who have a goal race in mind or those who want ongoing support.
Based on your FIT Assessment*, each month I will send you workouts to help you meet your personal training and fitness goals. These workouts can be geared to increase speed, endurance, strength/stability/mobility. Your monthly individual coaching and training package includes:
- Personalized & Customized Run training Plan
- Monthly in-person or online run coaching session (you must schedule in advance).
- Personalized nutritional guidance based on 3 Day Nutrition Record
- Running Specific Strength Training
- Unlimited online and email support.
*FIT Assessment - A brief meeting geared to learn more about your fitness/run goals which you can complete in person, by phone, or online. A typical call last approximately 30 minutes. This meeting is mandatory. You will not be able to enroll in a plan without a FIT Assessment Call.
