COMMITMENT

as of 3/2021

Coaching is an ongoing relationship between Coach, Pilar Arthur-Snead and the Athlete, _________________. Changing habits and creating possibilities is a process and “success” being contingent upon commitment to change, whether fast or slow. Coaching is a structure that facilitates a process of personal development and growth.

You are hiring me as your coach because you want to make significant changes. These changes will sometimes happen fast and other times not. Because things happen over time, I request an initial 90-day commitment to the coaching process. By entering this relationship, the Coach and Athlete acknowledge that the Athlete wants to make significant progress and change in his/her life.

Because progress and change happen at rates that are unique to each individual, the Coach and Athlete commit to working with each other for an initial three‐month period. This will allow the coaching relationship to develop and the necessary time to develop and progress through objectives, obstacles and successes that occur. Coaching can be a powerful and positive force in your life. Upon completion of your initial 90-day commitment, coaching will convert to a month-to-month agreement unless otherwise specified.

The Athlete and Coach agree that the coaching relationship will be designed together. Coaching is for individuals who are emotionally and psychologically healthy and who want to make changes and move forward in their lives. Coaching is not, of course, advice, therapy or counseling.

The Coach agrees to keep all conversations and information with the Athlete private and confidential. No personal ideas, information or thoughts expressed will be shared with anyone except with the permission of the Athlete.
